Efficient estate management necessitates a 'hands-on' approach. Lessee's paying a service and management charge are entitled to expect value for money on all contracts provided with a regular appraisal on monies expended on their behalf.

Lawrence-Vacher is committed to providing a first class service and adopt a pro-active approach to the management of commercial and residential estates. We maintain close contact with clients, undertake regular site inspections and implement a planned maintenance programme to avoid reactive or unnecessary expenditure.

We are readily approachable to deal with matters as they arise, fast, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss.

Where repairs and refurbishment are required we can also prepare a specification or schedule of work, obtain tenders and arrange for the appointment of an appropriate contractor and oversee the works, after having complied with the statutory provisions of consultation with lessees on residential projects.

As Chartered Surveyors we have a strict duty of care on all monies held on behalf of clients, each account to which is separate.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on behalf of the Financial Services Authority for the purposes of General Insurance Mediation Activities.
